(WGTD)---An Iowa man was arrested for drunk driving for causing a crash on I-94 in Kenosha County Wednesday evening that resulted in a semi tipping over and an hours-long traffic tie-up.

56-year-old Avery Norman from Waterloo, Iowa was taken to jail following treatment. Three of his passengers, and the truck driver, were all taken to local hospitals.

According to the Kenosha County Sheriff's Dept., Norman struck the semi in the southbound lanes near County 'C.' In an unsuccessful effort to avoid the crash, the truck driver, a 65-year-old man from Kenosha, swerved, and in the process, caused the semi to strike a retaining wall and flip onto its side.

Boxes from torn-open truck spilled down an embankment. In the hours after the accident, workers could be seen combing the contents. The Sheriff's Dept said the truck was carrying mostly food products of some type.
