Two Dogs Rescued From Kenosha House Fire

Kenosha---A home sustained moderate damage, but no one was injured--including the family's pets--in a Friday morning fire near Brass Community School. 

The people that live at 6512 16th Ave. weren't home when the fire broke out. 

Someone spotted smoke and flames and dialed 911. 

Firefighters rescued a pair of dogs and had the fire out within seven minutes.

A fire department official said the blaze began with incense sticks that were left untended in a back bedroom.

The Red Cross was called in to help the family find shelter.
